Dr. Reza Asvadi, a faculty member of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Shahid Beheshti University, has been appointed as a member of the Editorial Board and Associate Editor of the prestigious journal IEEE Transactions on Communications.
According to the Public Relations Office of Shahid Beheshti University, this international journal is recognized as one of the oldest, most reputable, and influential scientific journals in the field of telecommunications and communications engineering. It publishes outstanding research articles covering both theoretical and applied aspects of communications, including networks, signal processing, and emerging communication technologies.
Based on the SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) classification, the journal is ranked in the top quartile (Q1). According to the Journal Citation Reports (JCR), it has an impact factor of 8.3. The journal is also included in the list of top-tier journals recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
